I am currently open to selected consulting and short-term collaborations, including scientific writing, mentoring, and visiting positions.
I use mathematics to build algorithms, high-performance software, and R&D programmes—especially in optimisation, inverse problems, and scientific computing.
I am particularly interested in work with scientific, social, or ecological impact—especially around livable, car-free cities, even if that still feels like a pipe dream. I am not available for projects connected to the auto-petro-industrial complex.
My key achievements include:
- Secured more than €2 million competitive external research funding
- Led a research group of 7 people
- Published 50+ articles and several software implementations, as well as coauthored a textbook with SIAM.
